To request Welcome Information bags, please fill out this form and send us an email here. ​Please include your name, phone number, requested pick-up time, and how many bags you will be needing. 

 Requests will be confirmed by email with a pick-up date.  Large requests (25 or more) will need at least 4 weeks' notice.

Confirmed requests will be available for pick-up at the Welcome Center at 99 N. Armed Forces Blvd. in Warner Robins.  We are unable to ship Welcome Information bags.
