Warner Robins Independence Day Celebration Parking and General Information

Warner Robins, GA – The Warner Robins Police Department, along with assisting public safety agencies, will provide site security and traffic management for the 43rd Annual Warner Robins Independence Day Celebration at McConnell-Talbert Stadium on Saturday, July 4, 2026. To ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following information is provided:

Event Schedule

  • 6:00 p.m. – Gates open and entertainment begins with AJ the DJ

  • Approximately 6:40 p.m. – Event begins

  • Approximately 10:30 p.m. – Fireworks display

Times are approximate, weather permitting, and subject to change.

Public Entry Gates

Public access to the venue will be available from:

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard

  • South Davis Drive

Road Closures

  • 12:00 PM – Demon Valley Dr. will be established as a NO PARKING ZONE.

  • 6:00 PM – MLK Blvd. from S. Davis Dr. to Pearl Stephens Way will be restricted to eastbound traffic flow. Please enter venue area from S. Davis Dr. ONLY

  • 6:45 PM – S. Davis Dr. from MLK Blvd. to Demon Valley Dr. will be closed to all vehicular traffic & detours established. Pedestrian traffic on sidewalks will be allowed until fireworks display begins.

  • 10:00 PM – Demon Valley Dr. will be closed for duration of fireworks display

General Parking

Ten designated parking areas will be available for attendees:

  • Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church (grassy area)

  • C.B. Watson Primary School (ADA parking only)

  • Warner Robins High School (Pick-up/Drop-off and Uber/Lyft location)

  • Pearl Stephens Elementary School

  • Rumble Academy

  • Sacred Heart Catholic Church Complex

  • Robins Financial Credit Union

  • Middle Georgia State University

  • Commercial Circle Area

  • City of Warner Robins Municipal Complex

Complimentary Shuttle Service: To help reduce traffic congestion and provide convenient access to the event, free shuttle service will be available from Middle Georgia State University.

Service Hours: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Cost: Free

Attendees are encouraged to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service for easy transportation to Independence Day Celebration. (No shuttle service at the conclusion of the event).

Prohibited Items include: Any Type of Firearm/Weapon Gun, Knife, Taser, Pepper Spray, drones, glass bottles, firearms, weapons, alcohol, rolling coolers, hard-sided coolers, pets (except service animals), outside food and open drinks, flammable liquids, large umbrellas, fireworks or sparklers, glass containers/bottles, illegal substances or narcotics, vapes, e-cigarettes, cigarettes, cigars, or smoking devices and tents.

Allowed items include: Folding or bag-style outdoor chairs, ground or picnic blankets, small personal umbrellas, small soft-sided cooled, small diaper bags, sealed water bottles, unopened bottles of water, baby formula/infant supplies, medically necessary items, strollers and standard child wagon, small personal items, clear bags. All items will be searched and persons are subject to screened.

Bag Policy: All bags and items will be searched, and persons entering the venue may also be subject to screening.

Tumblers, Stanley cups, and other reusable drink containers must be completely empty prior to entry.

The City of Warner Robins and the Warner Robins Police Department encourage everyone to plan ahead, arrive early, and enjoy a safe and memorable Independence Day celebration.
